With Bailey at Art Class. Monday's are so much fun at art...
It's amazing what these little ones can make. I had no idea that a 17 month old could make something so sweet. :-)
Building her first fort with Dada. She wasn't so sure of it at first, but they had fun.
Before the Dental District Christmas party. Gigi stayed with Lauren while we were out at The Shrimp Boat.
Having chocolate pudding with Miss Heather.
"Lauren, how old are you?" ONE!
This is so much fun!! And ooey, gooey!
On Friday, we helped to host a couple's Baby Shower for Laura and Benny Moore. Miss Heather kept Lauren and took her to The Festival of Trees Event at the Civic Center. They had a really fun time from what I can tell from the pictures. Heather said that she sat very still while she got her face painted and seemed to be so proud of herself.
Well, I think she was just the most adorable little girl there...she had to be! ha!
Standing in front of the FSU-PC Christmas tree.
Miss Heather even tried to get her into Santa's lap, but she wouldn't. That's okay...
Beautiful sunset over the Bay for the Moore's Baby Shower
This has become "classic Lauren" lately. Sippy cup, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, lounging in PJ's whenever possible. Oh dear...
On Saturday afternoon, we went to Chipley for Aunt Mary Ann's surprise 50th birthday party! She was definitely surprised and Lauren had fun playing outside with her cousins, especially McKenzie who is 5 years old.
It also happened to be the day of the ACC championship game. Eric tried getting LEB to do the Gator Chomp while she was dressed in her FSU outfit. :-)
Running around with Mason (he's less than a month younger than Lauren)
Very happy with bunny and McKenzie.
Lauren spent the night with Grandma that night while we drove back to Panama City so we could go to the Annual Ebenezer Scrooge Christmas Party on the Choctaw River.
It was such a cool party! You had to get there by boat or bus after dropping off your Christmas Angel's gifts at the boat landing.
We went with The Moore's. Doesn't Laura look beautiful!? She's 9 months pregnant! Little did we know that 11 days later she would deliver sweet little Taylor into the world!
When we arrived, we were greeted by Scrooge himself and a glass of champagne.
There was all the wine and cheese you would ever want, a storyteller giving a dramatic Southern/Bayou rendition of 'The Night Before Christmas', and a buffet dinner provided by Calypso. Our sponsors for the night were Laura and Paul and we hope they invite us again next year because it was so much fun! Thanks Garland's!
Beautiful scenery on the Choctaw River.
"The Lip Pooch"
I still think that it has no meaning what-so-ever...
Lauren really likes taking pictures. I guess this is what she sees every time we lay her down on the changing table.
Art Class again on the following Monday. This time, it was at our house.
one shoe on...one shoe off...
"Here, Lauren, let's hold hands with our reindeer hats on."
and Bailey!
I think it's LEB's naptime.
But then there was more painting and Lauren was all better again...shocking.
"Ooo! Paint doesn't taste so good!"
"Smile!!"
The little playgroup...Lauren, Duncan, and Bailey.
We are so lucky that they can all get together 3 days a week for Art Class, Library Time, and Kindermusik.
