April 21, 2011--Gymnastics!!

We have enrolled LEB in the Mommy and Me Gymnastics class at Gymnastics Plus earlier this month.  We'll see how it goes and if we think she'll like it long term before we commit to buying the perfect outfits, duffle bag, gymnastics stickers, etc.  Ha!!  

So far, though, she is loving it!!  This is a mat that teaches them how to do a cartwheel.  

Now a hand stand. 

Lauren's teacher is Miss Jennifer.  She's great with the kids (there are about 5 in her class), insists that they stay in line, take turns, and be courteous to the other kids.  How nice is that?!!  The class lasts 45 minutes (5:45-6:30) and we have been going to our favorite local Mexican Restaurant afterwards.

Eric and I have both been going and we all 3 really like it!

Not sure what this is called, but it's pretty cool. 

Lauren's friend Vivian is also in the class so it's nice that they get to see each other.

April 18, 2011 Ethan's 1st T-Ball Game

We went to Chipley tonight to watch Ethan play in his 1st T-Ball game!  He did such a good job!

Ashy's to the Beach and Easter Brunch

Eric was away this weekend in Gainesville renewing his ACLS and sedation license, so it was Lauren and I together to enjoy the weekend.

We were so excited that Ashlynn and Kaylee came into town for a very quick visit to Panama City Beach to meet their cousin Kourtney.  Her cheerleader squad competed in the UCA competition on the beach and Lauren LOVED watching all the squads perform.  One day, we may just be watching her compete as a cheerleader (I secretly hope so).

On Saturday night, we all went to Captain Anderson's for dinner.  Lauren eating her mac n cheese and watching "Tangled".  

We missed Eric but so loved  this quick little 2 night visit.

On Sunday morning, we went to the PC Yacht Club for our annual Easter Brunch with family.

Baby Cale Green Dietrich was with us at this brunch for the very first time!  He is such a cutie and looks just like his big brother Jackson. I don't think LEB knew what to think of Cale.  She's used to baby dolls, not real life babies!
